Service Manager

Job Title: Service Manager – Two Wheeler

Location: Barddhaman, West Bengal
Experience Required: Minimum 8 years in Two Wheeler Service Operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage complete service operations of the two-wheeler workshop at Barddhaman
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the service department
• Achieve service revenue, customer satisfaction (CSI), and productivity targets
• Lead, train, and supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Monitor job cards, service TAT, workshop efficiency, and quality standards
• Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively
• Coordinate with spare parts, warranty, and service teams
• Ensure compliance with company and OEM service processes
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Two Wheeler Service / Workshop Management
• Strong technical knowledge of two-wheelers
• Proven experience in team handling and workshop operations
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Knowledge of warranty processes and spare parts management
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, DMS, email)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience as Service Manager / Workshop Manager in a two-wheeler dealership
• Result-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Good knowledge of the local Barddhaman market
