Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are having different roles in Kerala, North Karnataka, South Karnataka, Tamil Nadu at various locations.

GMMCO, part of the CK Birla Group, is a leading player in the Construction, Mining, and Energy sectors. We are partners with Caterpillar and provide sales, service, and solutions for heavy equipment across India.

Service Engineers and Technicians

You will ensure that our customers machines are running smoothly and safely.

Carry out
preventive and corrective maintenance
of equipment
Perform
troubleshooting and diagnostics
for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Ensure
safety standards and procedures
are followed at all times
Provide
on-site service support
to customers
Prepare
service reports and documentation
Work closely with teams to deliver
quality service and customer satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering
Hands-on experience in
maintenance, service, or repair of heavy equipment, engines, or hydraulics
Exposure to
Caterpillar or similar heavy machinery
is an advantage
Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude
Willingness to travel and work at
various field locations
(Kerala, North Karnataka, South Karnataka, Tamil Nadu)
Strong focus on
safety, quality, and teamwork
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply
