Role Requirements – Digital Marketing Executive (Focus on Email, WhatsApp, and Webinar Marketing) We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Executive with a strong background in multi-channel campaign execution and performance tracking. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the following areas: Core Responsibilities Plan, create, and execute targeted email campaigns using marketing automation tools Segment audiences, optimize subject lines/content for higher open and click-through rates Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven improvements Manage lead segmentation, nurturing sequences, and automation workflows for email campaigns. Customer Database & Segmentation Maintain clean, structured, and well-segmented customer databases for targeted outreach. Implement data governance standards to ensure CRM data integrity and usability. Optimize customer engagement through hyper-personalized segmentation strategies. Oversee list hygiene, IP warming, database standardization, and email analytics to maximize deliverability. Execute broadcast campaigns and manage responses via WhatsApp Business API or CRM integrations Coordinate with content and creative teams to ensure engaging and compliant messaging Monitor delivery, open rates, and conversion metrics Plan and promote webinars end-to-end – including invites, reminders, and post-event follow-ups Work with internal teams and external speakers to coordinate schedules and content Manage webinar platforms (Zoom and support attendees as needed Proficient in Microsoft Excel – data management, reporting, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas Experience using CRM tools for lead management, nurturing, and automation workflows Familiarity with email marketing platforms Additional Expectations: Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) Strong attention to detail, ability to manage timelines, and multitask effectively Data-driven mindset with a focus on campaign performance and ROI Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Fixed shift Monday to Friday Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required) Work Location: In person
