SEO Specialist

Purpose:

We are seeking a data-driven and performance-focused SEO & ASO Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in growing organic traffic across both web and mobile ecosystems. The ideal candidate should have expertise in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Progressive Web App (PWA) SEO, and App Store Optimization (ASO). Prior experience in the skincare, wellness, or personal care category will be a major advantage.

Job Description:

SEO (Web + PWA):

• Conduct comprehensive technical audits and implement on-page SEO best practices for websites and PWAs.
• Optimize meta tags, heading structures, URLs, schema markup, and internal linking.
• Improve crawlability, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals—especially for JavaScript-heavy PWAs.
• Collaborate with design and product teams for SEO-optimized landing pages and content strategies.
• Develop and execute ethical link-building and outreach strategies. • Track keyword rankings and prepare performance dashboards using GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, etc. PWA SEO:
• Optimize SEO implementation for dynamic content loading in Progressive Web Apps. • Work closely with developers on pre-rendering, caching strategies, and JS crawlability.
• Ensure structured data and metadata are correctly implemented in single page applications (SPAs).
• ASO (App Store Optimization):
• Optimize app listings for iOS and Android (titles, subtitles, descriptions, keywords, visuals).
• Conduct keyword and competitor research to enhance app visibility.
• Monitor app ranking and conversion metrics using AppTweak, SensorTower, or Store Console.
• Collaborate with design and growth teams for A/B testing and improving creative assets.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in SEO and ASO with measurable results.
• In-depth understanding of Google Search algorithms, mobile SEO, and PWA optimization. • Proficiency with SEO tools such as GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Experience managing D2C or e-commerce websites (Shopify, WordPress, or headless CMS).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience in skincare, wellness, or health-related consumer brands.

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with Firebase, GTM, and event tracking for apps and PWAs.
• Experience with international/local SEO and multilingual site setups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
