SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and lead generation.
• Conduct detailed keyword research relevant to the technology, IT, and security sectors.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, internal linking, and site performance.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce SEO-friendly blogs, service pages, and landing pages.
• Track, measure, and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Perform competitor analysis and identify opportunities for ranking improvements.
• Build quality backlinks through outreach and link-building strategies.
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and SEO trends.
• Coordinate with the UAE marketing team to ensure localized SEO strategies and consistent branding.
• Contribute ideas to improve website UX, page performance, and content engagement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist (preferably in B2B, IT, or tech-related domains).
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools – Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
• Good understanding of content strategy, keyword mapping, and website optimization.
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web structure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience working with international markets (UAE / GCC) is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
