The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with new or potential clients to build and maintain strong business relationships. Conduct client meetings to introduce our company, solutions, and service offerings as needed. Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and assist with tender preparation and submissions. Proactively follow up with clients to convert proposals into confirmed orders. Secure purchase orders, ensure adherence to product quality standards, and coordinate on-time delivery. Handle order processing, including final costing, supplier coordination, and liaise with logistics and technical teams for seamless delivery, installation, and project execution. Regularly meet with clients to address any concerns related to delivery, installation, or post-installation support. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely project completion, professional conduct, and efficient service delivery. Provide regular updates on sales activities, achievements, project status, forecasts, and any factors affecting sales goals or strategy. Submit timely internal reports, including weekly forecasts and ad-hoc reports as requested by the Sales Manager or Divisional Head. Maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues across all departments. Generate and follow up on sales leads, schedule meetings, deliver product demonstrations, and address any technical inquiries. Requirements: Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a similar Business Development or Sales role. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ELV Systems (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address, etc.). Familiarity with key ELV vendors, products, and technologies is essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client needs, propose suitable solutions, and close deals effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects. Proficiency in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documentation. A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach.
