Job Description

We are a leading ELV, AV, and IT Infrastructure company seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with new or potential clients to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Conduct client meetings to introduce our company, solutions, and service offerings as needed.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and assist with tender preparation and submissions.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to convert proposals into confirmed orders.
  • Secure purchase orders, ensure adherence to product quality standards, and coordinate on-time delivery.
  • Handle order processing, including final costing, supplier coordination, and liaise with logistics and technical teams for seamless delivery, installation, and project execution.
  • Regularly meet with clients to address any concerns related to delivery, installation, or post-installation support.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely project completion, professional conduct, and efficient service delivery.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, achievements, project status, forecasts, and any factors affecting sales goals or strategy.
  • Submit timely internal reports, including weekly forecasts and ad-hoc reports as requested by the Sales Manager or Divisional Head.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues across all departments.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads, schedule meetings, deliver product demonstrations, and address any technical inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a similar Business Development or Sales role.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ELV Systems (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address, etc.).
  • Familiarity with key ELV vendors, products, and technologies is essential.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs, propose suitable solutions, and close deals effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documentation.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach.

Location Assignments:

  • 1 Position in Kerala
  • 1 Position in Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
