SEO Manager

We are looking for a strategic and experienced SEO Manager to lead our SEO Team and drive measurable business growth. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and business-savvy individual with a proven track record of developing and executing SEO strategies that align with overarching marketing and revenue goals. As an SEO Manager, you will own the end-to-end SEO function—leading strategic planning, overseeing execution, managing internal and external resources, and reporting on performance . You’ll work cross-functionally with content, product, development, and analytics teams to ensure SEO is integrated into all aspects of the digital customer journey. Key Responsibilities: Candidate with 5–7 years of progressive experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. Lead the SEO function with a focus on long-term growth and business impact, aligning SEO strategy with overall marketing and commercial objectives. Develop and manage comprehensive SEO strategies , including technical, on-page, and off-page initiatives to improve visibility, traffic, and conversions. Partner cross-functionally with content, product, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across campaigns, platforms, and digital experiences. Oversee technical SEO audits , site architecture enhancements, crawl optimization, and mobile performance initiatives in collaboration with developers. Define, monitor, and report on key SEO KPIs using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other analytics platforms. Own the SEO roadmap , prioritizing high-impact initiatives and ensuring timely execution with internal stakeholders and external vendors or agencies. Drive backlink acquisition strategies and manage external outreach initiatives to build authority and improve domain ranking. Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitive movements to adapt strategies proactively. Provide executive-level reporting and insights to senior leadership, translating data into actionable business recommendations. Mentor and manage junior SEO team members or external agencies , ensuring consistent delivery and alignment with strategy. Qualifications: Proven ability to build and execute SEO strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. Strong expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and search engine algorithms. Proficiency with SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). Working knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, and Shopify ). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders. Exceptional communication and reporting skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital marketing tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
