Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus) Lead end-to-end hiring for IT roles (developers, QA, DevOps, etc.) Collaborate with tech teams to define hiring needs Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultancies Conduct screening, coordinate interviews, and handle offer rollouts Build a talent pipeline and track recruitment metrics Onboarding & HR Support Manage joining formalities and induction Maintain employee records and support payroll inputs Address basic employee queries and coordinate HR documentation Engagement & Retention Organize team events and employee activities Conduct exit interviews and track attrition insights Requirements Bachelors or Masters in HR or related field 5+ years in HR, with at least 3 years in IT recruitment (India-based) Familiar with Indian job portals, hiring trends, and salary norms Strong communication, coordination, and sourcing skills Basic knowledge of Indian labor laws is a plus How to Apply Send your resume to hr@xtecglobal.com with the subject line: “Application – Senior HR Generalist – [Your Name]” Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
