1. Business Development & Sales: Identify and pursue new customers in the plastic bottle cap manufacturing sector (beverage, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, etc.). Sell machinery including plastic cap molding machines. Promote sales of spare parts and components such as molds, heaters, nozzles, hydraulic parts, and control systems . Meet or exceed sales targets and expand market presence in assigned regions. 2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, plant managers, and procurement teams. Understand customer production needs and recommend appropriate machines and configurations. Provide excellent after-sales support in coordination with the service and technical teams. 3. Market Research & Strategy: Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer demands in the plastic cap manufacturing industry. Develop and execute market entry strategies and promotional campaigns. Participate in trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions to generate leads. 4. Technical Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with internal engineering and design teams to prepare accurate quotations and technical proposals. Understand machine specifications, production capacities, and tooling requirements. Deliver product demos and presentations tailored to customer needs. 5. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare sales reports, visit reports, proposals, and CRM entries regularly. Maintain documentation related to sales orders, delivery schedules, and customer feedback. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
