Business Development Executive (BDE)

Engaging with Customers:

 Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social

media

 Build trust and rapport with potential clients through professional communication

2 Lead Conversion:

 Make follow-up calls to convert leads into actual sales

 Identify serious buyers through proper lead inspection and qualification

3 Customer Query Resolution:

 Solve client queries regarding pricing, product specifications, delivery, and

customization

 Coordinate with internal teams for technical or design-related queries

4 Lead Management:

 Monitor, update, and manage incoming leads from various platforms

 Maintain a structured database of leads with follow-up status

5 WhatsApp Communication Management:

 Handle business inquiries and customer service via WhatsApp

 Share quotations, designs, and updates with customers as needed

6 Client Relationship Management:

 Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

 Gather customer feedback and work on continuous improvement

7 Order Finalization:

 Prepare and share quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales

 Ensure all necessary documentation is completed for order processing

8 Foreign Customer Handling:

 Communicate with international clients professionally

 Understand cultural differences and time zones for effective engagement

9 Reporting:

 Maintain daily/weekly reports of customer interactions, leads, and conversions

 Share performance data with the management team

10 Client Visits & Meetings:

 Arrange and attend meetings with local clients to present products and close deals

 Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, or client offices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
