SEO Manager

Digital Zeroz Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead our organic growth strategy.
If you understand keywords, ranking, technical SEO, and content optimization – this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis & market trend research
• Improve website performance (site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability)
• Use tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush
• Track, analyze, and report on organic performance weekly/monthly
• Fix technical issues: broken links, indexation problems, redirects
• Monitor Google algorithm updates & maintain ranking stability
• Lead client meetings and performance reviews, offering actionable insights and data-backed recommendations.
• Mentor and upskill team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work culture.
• Contribute to new business pitches and help expand the agency’s client portfolio.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in SEO
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page & technical SEO
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Ahrefs / SEMrush / Yoast / GSC / GA4
• Ability to create keyword strategies & content plans
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics tools
