SEO Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute

  comprehensive SEO roadmaps

  (on-page, off-page, technical, content-driven).
• Integrate

  AI-powered SEO (AIO)

  strategies, leveraging tools like ChatGPT optimization, Jasper, Surfer SEO, Clearscope, etc.
• Implement

  Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

  strategies to optimize for AI-driven search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google SGE, Bing Copilot).
• Develop

  Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

  approaches to maximize brand presence across AI-powered search results.
• Conduct SEO audits, competitor analysis, SERP feature opportunities and keyword research (transactional + informational + conversational queries).
• Build forecasting models for

  traffic, leads and revenue projections

On-page & Technical SEO

• Optimize website architecture, metadata, schema markup, site speed, and Core Web Vitals.
• Implement advanced schema (FAQ, How-To, Product, Review, etc.) for

  rich snippet dominance

  .
• Collaborate with developers to resolve crawl, indexing, and JavaScript-rendering issues.
• Ensure SEO readiness for

  voice search, mobile-first indexing, and AI search assistants

  .
• Manage large-scale

  site migrations, international SEO, and multi-location structures

  .

Content & Off-page SEO

• Drive

  topic-cluster content strategies

  around user intent & AI-first search patterns.
• Collaborate with writers & AI tools to produce

  SEO + AIO-optimized content

  (blogs, landing pages, guides).
• Optimize content for

  featured snippets, People Also Ask (PAA), and zero-click results

  .
• Develop

  E-E-A-T-driven digital PR strategies

  to build authority and backlinks.
• Lead influencer collaborations, guest posting, partnerships, and editorial placements.

Analytics, Measurement & Reporting

• Track KPIs like

  keyword rankings, AI search visibility, organic traffic, CTR, CVR, and ROI

  .
• Use

  GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, and AI-powered reporting tools

  .
• Deliver

  monthly & quarterly SEO reports

  with actionable growth insights.
• Build attribution models to connect SEO impact with

  business KPIs (leads, sales, revenue)

  .

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with

  paid media, design, UX, and content teams

  for integrated growth campaigns.
• Educate internal teams and clients on

  SEO + AI-first future trends

  .
• Support

  ASO (App Store Optimization)

  for mobile apps and

  local SEO optimization

  for multi-location businesses.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of proven SEO experience in agency or brand-side environments.
• Strong knowledge of

  search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI-driven search trends

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  AIO, AEO, GEO, ChatGPT optimization

  .
• Proven expertise in

  technical SEO

  (Core Web Vitals, schema, crawl optimization).
• Skilled in

  SEO tools

  : SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, Surfer SEO, Clearscope, etc.
• Familiarity with

  programmatic SEO

  and automation frameworks.
• Understanding of

  ASO, local SEO, international SEO

  .
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with a business growth mindset.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
