About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven and creative SEO Manager to join our growing IT company in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of search engine optimization strategies, digital marketing trends, and analytics tools to drive organic growth and improve online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings on major search engines.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage on-page and off-page optimization, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing strategies.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights to the management team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an SEO Executive/SEO Specialist/SEO Manager.
• Strong knowledge of SEO practices, keyword research, link-building techniques, and Google algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with SEO and analytical tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Understanding of technical SEO, website architecture, and content optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress/other CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of PPC campaigns, social media marketing, and content marketing (a plus).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
