Job Description- Paid Media Specialist Exp - 2 years Salary- 4-5LPA Location - Gurgaon Candidates with less than a month notice period will be preferred We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about performance marketing, and knows how to turn insights into action. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to make decisions that drive ROAS and conversions. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy. Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to continually improve campaign performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for paid media. Prepare performance reports and dashboards to share insights and strategy with internal teams. Manage budgets efficiently to maximize results and ensure proper pacing across channels. Assist in audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and full-funnel campaign execution. Requirements: 2years of experience in paid media/digital advertising. Proven experience with ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel. Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, and attribution modeling. Familiarity with performance KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPC, and conversion rates. Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills. Preferred: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications. Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or B2B paid campaigns. Working knowledge of tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or HubSpot is a plus. Show more Show less
