Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies across various digital channels to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, and search engines.
  • optimise website content using SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Manage and oversee social media accounts, creating engaging content and analysing engagement metrics.
  • utilise Google Ads and Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Create compelling copy for various marketing materials including blogs, newsletters, advertisements, and landing pages.
  • Manage project timelines effectively using project management tools to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Design visual content using Adobe Photoshop in support of marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain website updates through WordPress, ensuring content accuracy and functionality.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns using industry-standard tools to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for B2B marketing growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams on marketing projects, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing management with a strong understanding of SEO, social media management, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office suite (including Excel and PowerPoint), and IT skills relevant to digital tools.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive content tailored to target audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights for continuous optimisation of campaigns.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with leadership qualities for team collaboration.
  • Experience in B2B marketing environments is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated time management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution.
