Job Title: Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and driven Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer to plan, execute, and manage our digital marketing activities across multiple platforms. The role focuses on building brand awareness, engaging target audiences, and generating quality leads through strategic content, campaigns, and performance-driven digital marketing efforts.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company business goals.

  • Plan and execute integrated online campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation through performance-focused strategies.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars.
  • Create engaging posts, stories, reels, videos, and promotional content.
  • Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages professionally.
  • Track social media performance and continuously improve reach and engagement through creative campaigns.

Content Marketing

  • Develop high-quality content including blogs, videos, reels, infographics, and creatives.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with design, marketing, and project teams for campaign execution.

Paid Advertising (SEM & PPC)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (LinkedIn & YouTube ads are an advantage).
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently and monitor ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize creatives, targeting, and spend.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Optimize website and content for improved search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and suggest improvements.

Email Marketing

  • Design and manage newsletters and promotional email campaigns.
  • Build, segment, and manage mailing lists for targeted communication.
  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and campaign effectiveness.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing activities using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform insights.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and improvement recommendations.

Website Management

  • Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure the website is updated, user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and conversion-focused.

Market & Trend Analysis

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities.
  • Proactively suggest innovative ideas to improve brand presence and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience ( 2-3 years preferred) as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketer.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and digital marketing tools.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation tools such as Canva, InShot, or similar platforms.
  • Sound knowledge of digital advertising, lead generation, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Fluency in English and Malayalam.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge or experience in the real estate, construction, or interior design industry is an added advantage.
  • Basic video editing and design skills.
