We are seeking an experienced and creative architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing residential projects from concept to completion
* Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and present design concepts
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
- Overall drawing coordination for the entire team
* Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
