Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:

• Plan and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and ad creatives that resonate with our target audience
• Manage content calendar, ensure consistent publishing, and handle community engagement including comments, messages, and customer queries

Paid Advertising & Performance Tracking:

• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Track key performance metrics including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI
• Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and adjust strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness

Market Intelligence & Collaboration:

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and brand mentions to inform strategy
• Coordinate effectively with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency
• Contribute creative ideas to support overall marketing objectives

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns and content you've created
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Ads, and social media analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with creative mindset and strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
