Job Title: SEO Manager Location: Sector 2, Noida, U.P Job Type: Full-Time (WFO) Experience Required: 6-8 years in SEO or digital marketing Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic SEO Manager to lead and execute our search engine optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to drive high-quality traffic and improve organic rankings across major search engines. Key Responsibilities: · Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page and off-page). · Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content audits to guide content teams. · Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital content. · Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions, etc.). · Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging tools/technologies. · Manage and optimize Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools. · Lead link-building strategies and manage external agency relationships (if any). · Perform technical SEO audits and provide recommendations to improve crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall UX. · Monitor backlink profile and disavow toxic links when needed. Requirements: · Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role in digital marketing. · Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.). · Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio). · Familiarity with HTML, CSS, CMS platforms, and technical SEO. · Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects. · Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills. Preferred: · Experience working on travel portals, booking engines, or tourism websites. · Knowledge of international and domestic travel markets. · Basic understanding of paid marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus.
