F&B Captain

We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented F&B Captain to join our dynamic team at our luxury resort. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensure exceptional guest service, and lead the F&B team to uphold the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the activities of F&B service staff
• Ensure smooth restaurant operations and timely service
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation
• Handle guest queries and resolve complaints efficiently
• Assist in inventory control and ensure adherence to SOPs

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury or 5-star property
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
