Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: Sector 2, Noida, U.P Job Type: Full-Time (WFO) Experience Required: 6+ Years Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company’s social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Pinterest. Create engaging and informative content in line with brand tone, voice, and visual identity. Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to produce high-quality creatives, reels, videos, and campaigns. Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggest content optimization, and identify new trends and best practices. Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to queries, and engaging with the audience. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion rates, etc.) and suggest improvements. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies. Coordinate with influencers, partners, and brand collaborators to support campaigns. Handle social media ad campaigns in coordination with the paid marketing team (if applicable). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role (1-3 years preferred). Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms. Hands-on experience with social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar scheduling tools. Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills. Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video). Basic graphic designing skills (using Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus. Good analytical skills and attention to detail. Nice to Have: Experience in running and optimizing paid social media campaigns. Understanding of brand building and online reputation management. Familiarity with travel, e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle brand ecosystems. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
