We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead our organic search strategy and improve website visibility across major search engines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies to drive high-quality traffic, improve rankings, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and search intent analysis
Optimize website structure, content, meta tags, and internal linking
Manage technical SEO aspects including site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, indexing, and schema markup
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Plan and oversee link-building and outreach campaigns
Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to align SEO goals
Conduct regular SEO audits and implement improvements
Track KPIs such as organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI
Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends
Prepare and present detailed SEO performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field
3+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or SEO Manager
Strong understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic to intermediate)
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and team-collaboration abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
