SEO Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Manager to lead our organic growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies to improve search rankings, website traffic, and qualified leads. Experience in healthcare, hospitals, or service-based industries will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
• Conduct keyword research aligned with business goals and search intent
• Optimize website structure, content, meta tags, schema, and internal linking
• Lead content SEO strategy in coordination with content writers
• Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics, GA4, and SEO tools
• Identify and fix technical SEO issues (site speed, indexing, crawl errors, Core Web Vitals)
• Plan and execute local SEO & GMB optimization (especially for hospitals/clinics)
• Build and manage high-quality backlinks
• Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and prepare monthly SEO performance reports
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry trends
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and marketing teams
• Mentor junior SEO executives (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–7 years of proven experience as an SEO Manager or Senior SEO Executive
• Strong understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices
• Hands-on experience with tools like:
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Google Search Console
• SEMrush / Ahrefs / Screaming Frog / Ubersuggest
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO
• Experience in local SEO & lead generation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, hospital, medical, or NGO sector
• Knowledge of content marketing & CRO
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
• Experience managing multiple websites or large-scale SEO projects
