Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Expert to join our team in Hyderabad. In this pivotal on-site role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing robust digital marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on organic search engine optimization (SEO). Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing our online visibility, driving targeted traffic, increasing user acquisition for Paycio and our upcoming social media app, and ultimately contributing to our ambitious growth milestones. Key Responsibilities: I. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic. Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities and inform content strategy. Perform technical SEO audits and work closely with development teams to ensure website and application structures are optimized for crawlability, indexability, site speed, and mobile-friendliness. Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc., providing regular reports and actionable insights. Develop and implement effective link-building strategies and outreach campaigns. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices. II. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising (PPC). Collaborate with the content team to ensure content is optimized for SEO and distributed effectively across digital channels. Analyze campaign performance, measure ROI, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Identify target audiences and segment campaigns for personalized messaging and optimized reach. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Contribute to brand building and awareness initiatives across all digital touchpoints for Coinearth and its products. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of demonstrable experience in a dedicated SEO and Digital Marketing role, preferably within a tech or product-based company. Proven expertise in SEO best practices , including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building. Hands-on experience with major SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz). Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels (Social Media, Email, PPC, Content Marketing) and their interdependencies. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in creating compelling marketing reports and presentations. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and digital marketing trends. Preferred (Bonus) Skills: Experience marketing products in the Blockchain, Crypto, or Social Media sectors. Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development principles. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Knowledge of content management systems (CMS).
