Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a passion for travel and strong experience in driving online traffic, conversions, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that promote travel products and experiences across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and manage SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic and paid traffic to the website.
  • Create engaging content and coordinate content marketing efforts including blogs, destination guides, email newsletters, and landing pages.
  • Create compelling and on-trend short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Write scripts, storyboard ideas, and bring creative concepts to life in alignment with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, influencers, and content creators in the travel niche.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.), and deliver actionable insights and reports.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts, building brand engagement through consistent, relevant content and community interaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Oversee marketing automation and CRM integration to improve customer journey and retention (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Identify growth opportunities using digital trends, tools, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Support in launching and promoting seasonal offers, group tours, holiday packages, and flight/hotel deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Proficient in marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva/Adobe Suite.
  • Excellent writing, content creation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with travel platforms (e.g., OTA ecosystems, booking engines, affiliate travel marketing).
  • Passion for travel and an understanding of current travel trends.
