What You’ll Do

You're the Zoho whisperer. You'll own, build, and integrate the entire Zoho One stack into a seamless growth engine for marketing, sales, ops, and support. You’ll make Zoho play nicely with our APIs and tools, and automate everything except lunch.

Your Daily Playground

• Zoho Stack Mastery

  – CRM, Desk, Forms, Bookings, SalesIQ, Flow, Campaigns, Analytics. Deluge.

• API & Webhook Integrations

  – Connect Zoho to internal and external systems.

• Sales & Marketing Automation

  – Set up email cadences, CRM logic, enrichment workflows, and funnel optimization.

• Data Enrichment Tools

  – Leverage platforms like Apollo, LinkedIn, Clearbit, etc. for contact and company insights.

• Cold Email & Outreach

  – Set up, manage, and measure outbound marketing tools with deliverability and compliance in mind.

• Digital Marketing

  – Drive integrations for SEO tools, paid media tracking, attribution models, and lead source analytics.

• AI & Scripting

  – Build smart triggers, auto-replies, lead scoring, and more using LLMs, custom scripts, and APIs.

• Workflow Automation

  – Zapier, Zoho Flow, or raw Python—whatever gets the job done and scales.

• Documentation & Support

  – Be the person future-you thanks for writing it all down.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of

  hardcore Zoho experience

  (no dabblers, please).
• Fluency in

  REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth

  , and

  JSON

  payloads.
• Proficiency in

  Python

  ,

  JavaScript

  , or equivalent scripting (i.e. Deluge).
• Experience with

  date enrichment platforms like

  LinkedIn, Apollo.io.
• Hands-on execution of

  cold email

  , outbound marketing, and email hygiene best practices.
• Strong grasp of

  SEO

  Google Ads

  ,

  meta pixel

  , attribution, and lead tracking.
• Solid understanding of

  LLMs/AI tools

  , prompt engineering, or using APIs like OpenAI, Claude, etc.
• Comfortable working

• Zoho certifications (we won’t cry if you don’t have one, but still).

Compensation

• Pay will be based on experience, skillset, and just how much magic you can bring.
• Full-time role with long-term potential.
• $1,000 - $3,000 a month plus quarterly bonus based on OKR's.
