Job Title: Senior Warehouse Executive (Inventory & MIS Handling)

Location: West Bengal, India
Department: Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse Operations
Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Operations Head
Experience: 4–8 years in warehouse operations and inventory MIS management

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, with a strong focus on Inventory Management and MIS (Management Information System) reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock control, timely dispatches, data accuracy, and compliance with SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse & Inventory Management:

• Oversee inward and outward movement of goods (GRN, dispatch, returns).
• Ensure accurate inventory control using WMS/ERP systems.
• Conduct periodic stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
• Monitor stock aging, FIFO/LIFO compliance, and shelf-life management.
• Implement and enforce safety and storage SOPs.

MIS & Reporting:

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on inventory status, shortages, damages, and returns.
• Maintain records for stock in/out, indent vs. delivery, and delivery schedules.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and discrepancies in stock levels.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice reconciliation and stock valuation.
• Maintain accurate records in Excel and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)

Team Coordination & Communication:

• Supervise warehouse staff and support their training and performance management.
• Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and production departments.
• Liaise with vendors and transporters for timely deliveries and returns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
