Role Description

This is an on-site role located in Hyderabad for the position of Senior Warehouse Executive. The responsibilities include overseeing daily warehouse operations such as packing, inventory control, and managing warehouse processes. The role involves effective communication and collaboration with team members to ensure smooth operations and resolving customer support queries related to warehouse activities.

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including in warding, storage, and dispatch.
• Coordinate and ensure timely dispatches across platforms
• Maintain and update inventory records to avoid stock discrepancies.
• Handle order processing and label generation for all online platforms.
• Utilize Excel to create reports, manage inventory data, and support operational performance analysis
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain proper stock levels and product availability.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse logistics and operations (preferably in e-commerce).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, must be comfortable with formulas, filters, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Hands-on experience in managing the inventory and e-commerce dispatches.
• Familiar with e-commerce seller panels(Amazon, Flipkart...etc.)
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Who can relocate to Shamshabad Area

Preferred candidate profile: Knowledge of ERP or inventory management software.
