You’re passionate about interactivity, interface design, standards, and have an insatiable thirst for learning. You understand just enough coding to know what’s how to avoid overly complicated designs, and how to design for multiple devices. • You’ve fueled the growing appreciation for user experience.
• You should have led small cross functional teams comprising UI/UX designers, developers, and QA testers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Effectively managed stakeholder communication, including coordination with Product Owners, SME, development teams, and testing teams.
  

Qualifications

You’ll stand above others if:

• You understand front-end development. You’re proficient in HTML, CSS and browser capabilities and can tighten up developed work created by non-front-end developers.
• You know enough about JavaScript or frameworks like Angular to hack ideas together.
• You’re capable of using the above development chops to design in the browser.
