Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping our global health plan and wellbeing platform by leveraging your expertise in UX design and product thinking. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to frame problems and define design goals. - Conducting user research, journey mapping, and task analysis to identify opportunities for improved user experiences. - Designing and prototyping user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma. - Collaborating closely with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Quality Engineers to evaluate technical feasibility and ensure design fidelity in implementation. - Contributing to and expanding our Design System, proposing new components and patterns where necessary. - Leading or supporting usability testing, synthesizing feedback to refine and validate design solutions. - Presenting design concepts and rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Applying strong visual design principles - layout, color, hierarchy, and typography - to deliver intuitive, elegant interfaces. - Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. - Mentoring and supporting junior designers, sharing best practices and encouraging design collaboration across teams. You should possess the following skills and experience: - 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design, preferably on cross-functional agile teams. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience). - Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices. - Proficiency in Figma, Jira, and other design collaboration tools. - Strong skills in responsive web design, interaction design, and information architecture. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to justify design decisions effectively. - Ability to work independently while collaborating within a fast-paced, agile environment. Preferred qualifications include: - Experience in Healthcare, Wellbeing, or Fitness product design. - Familiarity with data-driven products and data visualization design. - Experience creating and maintaining design systems or scalable UI component libraries. - Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards and inclusive design principles. - Experience designing admin tools or complex web platforms.,
