Senior UX Designer

What You'll Do

Drive end?to?end UX design: research, ideation, prototyping, delivery.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, flows, and high?fidelity mockups.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless execution.
Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices.
Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design.

What We're Looking For

6+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
Solid grasp of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
Experience with user research and testing.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with front?end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
