Job Title: Senior UX Designer Experience: 8–10 Years Location: Hyderabad / Remote / Hybrid Job Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who can lead user-centered design efforts, translate business goals into intuitive experiences, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end UX design for web and mobile products Conduct and analyze user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows Translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders Define and maintain design systems and UX standards Validate designs using usability testing and data insights Use analytics and KPIs to measure UX performance Mentor junior designers and review design work Advocate for user-centered design across the organization Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in UX design for digital products Expertise in user research, interaction design, and usability principles Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction patterns Experience working with design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG) Ability to present and defend design decisions with data and logic Strong collaboration and communication skills Good to Have Experience with Agile / Lean UX methodologies Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) Experience with analytics tools (GA, Hotjar, Mixpanel) Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or enterprise products Share the profile and portfolio to: sravani.v@tekspurts.com
