Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer at CBRE, you will have the opportunity to work closely with UX researchers, product owners, usability testing leads, engineers, and a team of high performing designers to create user experiences for core journeys and products. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, experience, and visuals. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 6+ years of experience. - Ability to learn quickly and take initiatives. - Clear understanding of core UX principles (UI design, information architecture, product definition, etc.). - Experience working in direct collaboration with product leadership, development managers, and business stakeholders. - Experience with scrum and agile development environments. - Skill in analyzing analytics and behavioral insights to generate new experiments and opportunities for product improvement. - Clear and confident communicator with a knack for visual storytelling. - Profound capacity to turn complex interactions into intuitive user experiences. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, XD, Miro, Airtable, and other UX & prototyping software. - Ability to create both high and low fidelity prototypes. - Excellent presentation and documentation skills. - Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in User Experience processes and techniques. You will advocate for the user, ground ideas in data-driven solutions, and conceptualize original ideas based on user research and studies. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating wireframes, user flows/journeys, and site maps that communicate interaction design concepts, as well as presenting design solutions to internal teams and business stakeholders.
