This role is essential in ensuring that consultant and contractor designs align with the owner’s technical standards, functional goals, and long-term operational requirements. You will act as a technical reviewer, evaluating design packages and providing feedback that enhances system safety, code compliance, constructability, and energy efficiency Key Responsibilities: Review mechanical system designs including HVAC, ventilation, chilled water, ductwork, piping, drainage, and domestic water systems. Proficient in reviewing layouts, equipment schedules, and system schematics. Hands-on experience with software like AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and HVAC sizing tools. Ability to interpret technical drawings and spot coordination or design issues quickly. Preferred: Experience in commercial, retail, or mixed-use development projects. Familiarity with green building practices (LEED, IGBC). Solid experience in Mobile Automation using Appium with Java. Hands-on experience with API testing and automation using RestAssured. Proficiency with Java, TestNG/JUnit, and Maven/Gradle. Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. Experience with Git, JIRA,Zephyr and CI/CD tools like Jenkins. Nice to Have: Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
