As a Senior UX Designer at Experian, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for a suite of innovative products aimed at empowering small and medium-sized businesses. Here's what you can expect in this role: - Lead UX design for complex software applications, ensuring user-centric, accessible, and brand-aligned experiences. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into elegant and usable designs. - Modernize legacy interfaces and align them with current UX best practices and Experian's design system. - Create and maintain UX documentation including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design specifications. - Develop internal UX standards, templates, and reusable components for consistency. - Work closely with development teams to ensure design fidelity and functionality. - Contribute to visual branding through the creation of style guides and design assets. - Advocate for the user by participating in usability testing and iterating designs based on feedback. Qualifications: - 4+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in web-based applications or SaaS platforms. - Proficiency in Figma, Axure, or similar tools for wireframing, prototyping, and design systems. - Expertise in usability testing, user research, and iterative design processes. - Familiarity with Agile product development and collaboration in cross-functional teams. - Strong creative and visual design skills showcased in a portfolio.
