Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to drive business growth, enhance client relationships, and improve market penetration. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic sales acumen to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs while achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities ✅ Sales & Business Development Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Identify and engage potential clients, nurturing relationships to maximize sales opportunities. Strengthen partnerships with OEMs and key accounts to enhance business sustainability. ✅ Technical Consultation & Solution Selling Provide technical insights and customized solutions based on client requirements. Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions. ✅ Market Analysis & Competitive Strategy Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and sales opportunities. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly. Expand customer outreach and improve market positioning. ✅ Sales Process Management & Reporting Oversee the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts . Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and market insights. Qualifications & Skills ✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or Business Administration. ✔ 4+ years of experience in technical sales or solution-based sales . ✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. ✔ Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets . ✔ Self-motivated with excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities. ✔ Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software . ✔ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
