Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Technical Sales and Service Engineer, located in Chandigarh. The role involves managing technical sales processes, providing engineering solutions to customers, and driving business growth. Responsibilities include offering technical support, responding to client inquiries, developing sales strategies, and ensuring effective communication with internal teams. The position calls for close collaboration with customers to identify their needs and propose tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering practices for Gas and oil burner management systems.
• Experience in providing Technical Support and responding to customer inquiries
• Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and teamwork
• Proven ability to design and implement effective sales strategies
• Technical degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in the Heating & Thermal Energy sector is a plus with applications involving Boilers, Furnace, Bakery and powder coating ovens, Thermic fluid heaters etc.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and address customer challenges
• CTC 6 LPA
