Back Office Executive

Job Description Required Skills & Job Responsibilities: The back-office executive will support the spares and sales department with a variety of clerical tasks. Assist to Assit. Back-office manager. Process sales orders, invoices & delivery challans in the system. Track orders and update the system. Enter requisitions and manage data within the Tally system. Ensure that information is accurately entered into the system and follow proper procedures for formatting and securing data. Prepare comprehensive Excel reports, tracking schedules of goods dispatched to customers Ensure that orders received are accurate. Coordination with Transporters, Company Staff & Customers. Key Skills Keep accurate records of Inventory, GRN, Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime and Manage data of Spare Parts Dept. and Sales Dept. Analyze data using advanced Excel functions. Manage materials, goods inventory, and order supplies Maintain and update office records and databases. Computer skills (MS Office) & Email Drafting. Ability to work under minimal supervision. An extensive amount of independent thinking is required. Excellent interpersonal and social skills Excellent written, and verbal communication skills Education UG: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, MS Office Course Certificate holder 1 to 2 Years of Experience as a Back Office Executive Tally ERP 9 OR Tally Prime Knowledge is Must.
