Job Description

Position: Back Office Executive

We re looking for someone who can handle the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our import and export activities running smoothly. Most of the day will revolve around coordinating shipments, keeping track of documents, and staying in touch with customers and vendors to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. It s a role where small details matter a lot, especially when you re dealing with shipping updates or responding to queries.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage import/export shipment processes and follow up on timelines.

  • Handle customer service tasks like responding to emails, sharing updates, and resolving basic issues.

  • Coordinate with vendors and keep communication clear and prompt.

  • Maintain records, documentation, and daily operational updates.

  • Support overall back-office operations to ensure everything runs without delays.


Skills Needed


  • Strong written and verbal communication (you ll be sending a lot of emails).

  • Comfortable using MS Office, especially Word and Excel.

  • Ability to stay organized when handling multiple tasks at once.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility for your work.

  • Being punctual and dependable in day-to-day tasks.
