Senior Technical Sales Engineer

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

•  Responsible for growing and building relationships with customers all over India. 
• Should have dealt with Fertilizer/Power utilities/ Oil and GAS / Steel/ Universities/ EPC/ End users as a system as well as products.
• Meeting / Exceeding set Booking Targets, Gross Profit and Goals for the respective Financial Year
•  Set Strategy for business growth, implement and drive result.
•  Own all Combustion monitoring & Photonics accounts to lead and win Projects
• Products focus would be to sell Process instruments & Combustion monitoring instrument based on Infrared & UV technology. Products are Pyrometers, Thermal imaging camera, Thyristors & Power supplies, High Power Controller, Flame scanner, Ignitors.
•  Expand customers coverage by identifying new customers and new applications with existing customers.
•  Sales & Marketing: Timely closure of project enquiries, queries & orders, pipeline generation,  technical discussions and presentation.

Any additional work which is not defined above but required for completing job responsibilities.

Background :

• The Candidate should have 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in instrumentation and sensor-based solutions.
• The educational qualification should be preferred BE in Instrumentation & Electronic Engineering
• Shall be Optimistic, Self-assured and welcomes change.
• Self-motivated, flexible, proactive and committed. Independently determines approach and assigned tasks.
• Engages interest and participation of others and has a collaborative approach to working together and committed to team’s development.
• Shows moral courage, openness and honesty in all dealings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill. Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
• Willingness to travel across India as per business requirements.
