Technical Business Analyst

to lead business process modeling, access governance workflows, and integration planning across enterprise identity management platforms. This role will support the development of recertification workflows, governance documentation, and dashboards in collaboration with IAM and Data Governance teams. A strong understanding of

iGrafx, BPMN, SailPoint, and regulatory compliance

is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Model complex IAM processes using BPMN tools such as iGrafx and Visio
• Analyze and document access management workflows, SOPs, and recertification plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders on feasibility assessments for SailPoint integrations
• Develop and maintain governance documentation including templates and operating procedures
• Track project milestones and report progress to leadership and governance teams
• Translate complex access control processes into standardized workflows
• Support dashboard creation using Power BI for reporting on access and governance metrics
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments and support cross-functional teams in access governance initiatives
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in business/process analysis with strong BPMN expertise
• Hands-on experience with iGrafx, Visio, and creating identity access workflows
• Knowledge of SailPoint, IAM concepts (RBAC, identity lifecycle, recertification)
• Experience with data governance tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview)
• Strong SQL/database skills: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Composite DB, Dremio
• Familiarity with GDPR, SOX, NIST and enterprise compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Certifications like CBAP, CISSP, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus
