We are seeking an energetic Talent professional with a people-first mindset, deep HR expertise, exposure to high quality people and practices, and drive to build high-impact teams to join us in driving high growth and impact over the next years. What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end talent strategies: Recruitment, Onboarding, employee success, performance management, retention, and policy implementation to foster a high-performance culture across our national team.
  • Nurture and promote open communication channels, collaborative culture, ownership, involvement and commitment to Samarth values through initiatives and innovation
  • Administer HRMS platforms, optimize HR technology, and streamline people processes including payroll, attendance, compliance, and employee lifecycle management in a distributed organization.
  • Drive HR policy implementation, and compliance audits, ensuring adherence to labor laws, POSH standards, and best practices tailored to care operations.
  • Conduct talent analytics, engagement surveys, workforce planning, and technology integrations to identify gaps, enhance efficiency, and support scaling goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to build innovative mentor networks, and processes that drive organizational growth and employee experience.


What we are looking for

  • Post graduate qualification (MBA preferred) in HR or related field from a top tier Institute with 5+ years in talent/HR management
  • Exposure and experience in organisations reputed for good people practices and culture
  • Experience in talent acquisition and lifecycle management, HR administration & technology (e.g., payroll/ATS systems), policy and compliance at scale.
  • Strong oral and written communication to represent the organisation, stakeholder collaboration, and critical-thinking skills with passion for empowering women-led teams.
  • Self-starter able to balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, distributed organization.
