Inspired by their own experiences caring for loved ones, our co-founders built Samarth to enable families worldwide to extend love and care to their parents in India.

  : Help drive decisions through meaningful metrics and service data

  : Build and execute scalable, high-quality training systems

• Growth Acceleration

  : Help expand our reach across countries, cities and channels

• Partnerships

  : Engage and onboard collaborators across sectors

• Communications & Marketing

  : Shape Samarth’s voice and narrative

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong academic record and a curiosity-led mindset
• Demonstrated initiative through campus leadership, creative projects, or problem-solving
• Comfort with Excel and structured thinking
• High ownership, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
