Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions (tech/product/business/ops).
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand roles, define sourcing strategies, and deliver top talent.
• Build strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Manage recruitment metrics, dashboards, and hiring SLAs.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience across all touchpoints.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and outreach campaigns.
• Conduct structured interviews and help improve interview processes.
• Keep up with talent trends, tools, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience hiring for tech and non-tech roles (B2B/B2C/startups preferred).
• Strong sourcing skills across platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and in fast-paced setups.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track and report hiring metrics.
