Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Experience Required: 4+ Years

Work Location: Nibav Towers, Palavakkam, ECR, Chennai

Work Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for high-ticket value sales roles across India and international markets.
• Source and screen candidates using portals, social platforms, and referrals.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by understanding role requirements from sales leaders.
• Conduct preliminary HR interviews and coordinate with the respective teams for further rounds.
• Maintain a healthy talent pipeline to support the company’s expansion goals.
• Negotiate offers, handle onboarding, and ensure candidate engagement throughout the hiring cycle.
• Use recruitment analytics to track performance metrics and hiring trends.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years focused on sales hiring (preferably high-ticket items like real estate, luxury goods, premium B2C products, etc.).
• Fluency in Hindi is highly preferred to handle pan-India hiring.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proficient in using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
