Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and AI roles, ensuring timely and quality hires.
• •Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• •Utilize advanced Excel functions

  (Index, Match, CountIf, VLookup, HLookup) for recruitment analytics and reporting.

• •Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows using ATS (DarwinBox experience is a plus).
• •Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• •Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• •Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on IT and AI hiring.
• •Proven experience in hiring for product-based companies.
• •Strong proficiency in

  Advanced Excel

  (Index, Match, CountIf, VLookup, HLookup).
• •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• •Hands-on experience with

  Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  ; DarwinBox experience is a plus.
• •Demonstrated stability and consistency in previous roles. ( Max 2 Companies in 6 years)
