Job Description

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree (Engineering, HR, or related field preferred).
4–7 years
of experience in technical recruiting, with at least
1–3 years in semiconductor/VLSI hiring
.
Strong understanding of SoC design flows, ASIC/FPGA concepts, and semiconductor job functions.
Proven success in hiring for niche and senior technical roles.
Familiarity with EDA tools, semiconductor domains, and engineering terminology.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
