Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

PuneWe are seeking an experienced

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

with strong expertise in technical recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hiring top talent in software development, engineering, and IT domains, along with exceptional sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
4–7 years of progressive experience in technical recruitment / talent acquisition.
Proven success in hiring for software development, engineering, product, cloud, DevOps, and IT roles.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes and hiring best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build rapport with candidates & hiring managers.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve recruitment effectiveness.
Creative problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize advanced sourcing and headhunting techniques to target passive talent in niche tech roles.
Conduct X-ray and Boolean searches on platforms including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Naukri, and Indeed.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline and network of highly skilled tech professionals.
Stay current on tech market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence.
Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics such as pipeline strength, sourcing effectiveness, and time-to-fill.
Drive an excellent candidate experience throughout sourcing, interviews, selection, and onboarding stages.
Coordinate and manage the recruitment lifecycle independently and ensure timely closures.
