Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hires across multiple departments and levels.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define recruitment requirements, align talent acquisition strategies, and ensure a strong candidate fit.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies using diverse channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, talent pools, and direct outreach.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment to build a diverse workforce aligned with organizational values.
  • Enhance candidate experience by streamlining recruitment processes, maintaining clear communication, and providing timely feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to optimize hiring strategies and report progress to leadership.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and recruitment agencies to augment sourcing efforts and control costs.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and internal standards.
  • Lead recruitment-related initiatives and projects that improve overall talent acquisition effectiveness.

What You Need

  • 8-12 years of experience in talent acquisition with proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong leadership experience in managing and developing recruitment teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and senior leadership.
  • Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
